RETURN / REFUND POLICY
If the case(s) received from The Case Shop do(es) not meet your expectations or it is determined to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, The Case Shop will replace the product or refund your purchase.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cases can be returned up to 30 days from the date it was received.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and be unused and in the same condition as it was purchased. The item must be returned in the original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories such as instructions, inner parts, etc).
The case must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customized products cannot be returned.
Please note that shipping is nonrefundable.
RETURN PROCESS
Forfeiture of the right to refund/return
The right to refund/return is totally forfeit in the event of failure to fulfill the essential condition of the goods remaining intact (damaged contents), in the cases where The Case Shop ascertains:
Use, even partial, of the goods and any consumable materials;
Missing outer packaging and/or original inner packaging;
Absence of integral elements of the product (instructions, inner parts or other);
Damage to the product caused by anything other than transport;
In the cases listed above The Case Shop shall return the purchased product once return shipping has been paid for by the customer.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please contact us for assistance with a replacement or refund and we will get back to you within 24 hours to provide further instructions.
Repack the item in its original carton

RETURN SHIPPING
*Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a product had free shipping and it is returned, there will be a restocking fee applied.
Unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it has been shipped to us and cannot guarantee safe delivery. If you are shipping an item over $75 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
REFUND TIME
We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
In case of a refund, we will reimburse the customer within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, re-crediting the amount charged to the Credit Card, depending on your card issuer's policies.
